Can they? I would assume not but the thing about Suits being able to move & fire rapid fire makes me question that.

Drano doesn't exactly scream "toy" to me.

It isn't clear, the old FAQ says you can use your assault move after shooting heavy weapons, but not your movement phase move, and i'm sticking to that until the new FAQ is released (if that ever happens).

The Jet Pack rules in the BGB allow you to move and shoot a rapid fire weapon once up to its maximum range.

There is nothing that allows Jet Packs to move and then fire a heavy weapon.

The only things that stop a Jet Pack from moving in the assault phase is deep striking and being engaged in combat.
