Hello all,

I'm possibly one of the older members to join here, though I sincerely hope not.

I started collecting Miniatures (under Citadel minatures) back in 1980, they were so different then. Played many games but the rules back then weren't nearly as polished as they seem to be today.

When I hit 18 I gave the hobby up as there were more important things, Girls, Beer, Bikes and Cars and I forgot all about it.

A few months ago I had a load of personal issues and needed to find a hobby to "take it easy" at the same time my back had gone so I was forced to spend some time doing nothing. After trawling youtube for a few days a battle report popped up so I watched it. I'd always loved the paining side, so I decided to get back into the hobby (at least the painting side, probably too old to play).

Decided to go Dark Angels as I always loved the colour scheme. Managed to find some older metal miniatures which is nice.

Anyway, love some of your work on here, so many of you are very gifted.

Hope to chat to you.
