Each Sorcerer joins a unit of Cultists, giving them Fearless.

My Heralds get Summoning and Prescience, and my Sorcerers take Shriek, leaving only the Nurgle powers to be rollable.

Everything else shoots things. Heralds and Deimos Vindicators chill by the Void Shield; the Heralds are mostly batteries but they can also summon or zip around for objectives.

Looks pretty sweet. I'd be worried about keeping the heralds alive, but I guess with the small size and the void shields, youid be Ok.

One mistake I can see, you can only take one legacy of ruin per full 1000 pts of your army.
i would mix in the zombie maker artefact

The RAW for legacies is "one vehicle may take one or more Legacies for every 1,000 points." Unless they errata'd that in which case, Poxwalker! It's a straight swap from Perdus Rift Anomaly.

Alternately, I can drop Legacies altogether, swap the two Chosen units for 3 solo Mutilators, take ML 3 on my Sorcerers, and spend the remaining points on 12 more Cultists and it's a clean swap again.

Mutilators are a mix of counter-assault, and objective-capping. Think Tyrant Guard in Lictorshame or so.

Heralds are a pseudo-Land Speeder, and roll on Tzeentch to fish for Boon of Flame or Prismatic Bolt; alternately, there's fishing on Divination for Misfortune, or Malefic for Dark Flame. Sorcerers do Shriek and Summon. Everything else shoots.

With the extra D6 Warp Charge, it's enough dice for all 3 Horrors to cast Flickerfire on 3 dice each, and the Sorcerers to cast Shriek on 2, or enough for both Sorcerers to summon on 5 each and have insurance against lost WC due to Perils.

When in doubt, bring more Dakka.
