With all these new marks of Terminator Armour that Forge World produce, would there be an equivalent to the Power Armour MK V 'Heresy pattern' that combines elements from any available terminator spares?

Further, has anyone tried to create such models and would like to share pictures and any tips for difficulties they had to overcome?

I believe Tiberos the Red Wake is the only one who has Heresy pattern Terminator armor.

Regular Indomitus pattern armour is the Terminator contemporary of Production MkV - Tyberos is basically wearing straight up Indomitus with some cosmetic changes, the biggest difference is that his helmet lacks the 'cap' over the mouth grill and has studs on its forehad instead of a little trapezoid plate.

The helmet design of "pure" mark five power armour is derived from the designs for Indomitus-pattern Terminator armour (although that might not be canon any more, depending on whether you can tease out any info on Terminator development timelines from the Forge World books; They allow you to field Indomitus, Tartaros and Cataphracti-pattern armour right from the Isstvan campaign).

Adding studs to armour with the aid of Grandt Line rivets is relatively simple (if nonetheless fiddly). With a bit of time and effort you could make a squad in 'Tyberos-pattern' armour pretty easily.
