Hey folks! Got a boxed landspeeder storm off ebay and I need to convert it into a ravenwing landspeeder. What changes "If any" other than cosmetic dark angels bits glued onto it do I need to do. Not sure what weapons and stuff need added or are missing.

That's right as far as I know!

Throw on some dark angels / raven wing bits / transfers / freehand and you are set!

Keep in mind that Dark Angels can't actually run a land speeder storm, only standard land speeders or darkshroud/vengeance. Nothing wrong with using it as a counts as, or painting it up as RW but playing it as a SM ally, but there's no land speeder storm in the DA codex. Which sucks.

I have no issue converting the storm as best I can to the ravenwing, the storm hasnt arrived yet but do you know off the top of your head whether or not the storm comes with the same weapons as the ravenwing so i can at least have the same weapons on the model? Otherwise ill need to suck it you and sell it on and by a proper one.

If you were planning on arming it with a single heavy bolter then you're in luck. Otherwise, no it does not have the weapons you want.
