Hi sorry for the noob question but I'm new to chaos. when you cast boon of flame for 3 warp charges and you summon a burning chariot, is it just an empty chariot? its kind of confusing, Why would I ever cast it for 3 to get a Chariot instead of casting it for 2 and just get an exalted flamer?
