I don't want the best army, just one that isn't an exercise in picking up my models by turn 3.

It doesn't matter if you're not dominating the game; if you have 3-4 x as many models and options than the rest of us and you're still getting new kits, we're still gonna rip on the faction. If I had 100 + Drukhari kits all in plastic to choose from, or 100 + Sisters kits, I think I'd be more likely to be receptive to Space Marine player's complaints about anything.

I don't understand what the point of the thread is. Look at title? I look at title and still don't get it. What is the original poster trying to ask? Where the hype went? How come nobody uses it? Was it popular? Did people only buy it for Deathwatch? Did people only buy it for Harlequins?

I don't get it.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

I don't get it.
Yet the first three comments and myself immediately recognized what was being asked.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
It's out in the US, went off the store sometime around Christmas. Some stores still have a copy or two, but no more from GW.

So I'm not crazy, it is gone..... Do they do this with box sets often?

Yes, these starters are limited releases. Once the boxes sell out, they do a different one later on.

The only one to really stick around is Dark Vengeance, as it's a "true" starter set, being snap-fit stuff. Dark Vengeance will probably be replaced at some point with a different permanent starter, but otherwise they're usually limited runs.

EDIT: ninja'd

And your point is? Doesn't matter if a few people got it, I didn't. Are you trying to get around rule number one by not saying anything but still implying something? Yeah thanks for that.
