Hey Boyz! Getting back into the hobby after 6+ years and I got a few lists rattling round in my skull.
Here's my dreadnaught heavy list. I'm planning on doing lots of conversions and using forgeworld models. I want to make a very unique and characterful army, with each dread standing out. I'm not going for uber competitive, obviously. I just want this to be a blast to play with / against.
Pretty much got this list the way I want it, fairly set on which dreads I want to take, but I need some help deciding what to equip the bikes and techmarine with. Also, I'm almost certain this is a legal list, if its not, please tell me. If you're not familiar with the Deredeos or the Leviathan, I reccommend you check out their rules and models. They make my naughty bits tingle!

Iron Hands CAD - 1351pts

Techmarine - 115pts

Total - 1971pts

So thats Bjorn, 2 Venerables, an Ironclad and a Leviathan drop podding IN YO FACE!. With 2 Deredeos camping the back field in reinforced cover, laying down a world of hurt. The techpriest pretty much zips around giving 4+ will not die, and repairing whoever needs it.
The bike squads are there to back up the techpriest with spare wounds and cap objectives. The lone attack bikes are a distraction that, if ignored, can get around behind tanks and pop some cherries.

My main question is how would you equip / use the bike squads and techpriest? Load up with flamers for anti horde? More meltaguns? Squeeze some grav guns in? How could I equip them to defend against drop pods?

Alternatively I could get rid of the bike squads in favour of tac squads or scouts. Give the techpriest a conversion beamer and sit him next to the Deredeos. But I reckon I'll stick with the bike squads.
Also alternatively, I could take out the 250pts of drop pods and squeeze in 2 MORE DREADNAUGHTS!!! Keeping the pods will guarantee they get to smash face however.

So yeah, opinions, questions, criticisims, advice? Much appreciated lads!

Cheers, from the Jakman
