Recently found out that a local game store does a kill teams, I have done a few rounds getting tabled. The people are fun and friendly so not huge, but looking for some fairly powerful build ideas for Eldar, chaos marines, orks, or tau for kill teams. I brought reasonable balanced lists but realize that my 200 points vs their 350ish points where seemingly every model I face has been upgraded to BS5 I am needing to up my power level so to speak to have a chance. I have every possible model for the above mentioned armies so let me know what you can come up withthat can compete with nearly double my points possibly and so many upgrades (I know it will still be uphill battle but trying to have some chance).

I have a few ideas already.

200 points of scatter bikes or split scatter bikes and warp spiders

200 points of ork bikers with a nob w/big chopper

200 points of nurgle spawn

200 points stealth suits

10000 points 7000
6000
5000
5000
2000
