So I'm finishing up my army getting ready for my first tournament but I cant convince myself to buy the GW fiend of slannesh, its just not a good looking model IMO. So I have been brainstorming conversion ideas and I need some help.

My current Idea for fiends of slannesh are using the bits below as described:

Using a witch aelves body and legs as a starting point for the model - I want to make a more slender fiend in contrast to its other model.

Using the long spear-like arms of the hellstriders of slannesh as upper arms on the witch aelves body

Using the smaller arms in the daemonette kit and attatch them just above the hips of the witch aelves body, giving the fiend 4 claws including the hellstrider ones.

As for the head I'm not 100% decided on it as of yet, I'm tempted to use ordinary daemonette heads or the alternate head for the witch aelves but Im not sure if it will be "beastly" enough.

Which leads me to the most important question, is it a good conversion? Im not sure if it is good as a fiend of slannesh conversion, as other people have mentioned in a tournament setting it should be recognisable as a beast rather than infantry. I have been thinking maybe it just needs a bit more beastly appendages such as a more beastlike head. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated! Please share your thoughts aswell, should I go with my original idea? Scrap it! Or keep it but make it more beastly.
