Well it determinately needs more highlights. Also some good wash on the pad then dry brush and highlight. However I think this video is just for you:

I think it's pink crest and bit on the weapon are too close to your base colour of red there. I would likely do something different like a green or some other - check a colour wheel if you have one, for something that's close to opposite the red, maybe. Anyway that's just how it seems to me. I think if you want to keep the pink, you could highlight up quite a lot to white almost, and keep the pink at the base, so it's not quite as similiar to your base.

Anyway just some ideas!

For the crest on the back, maybe make the spines the same colour as his body, and then just have the webs in between pinky. The brass shoulder pads look very flat, they could do with more shading and a highlight.
