Ok as it goes I'm curious what people think of these ideas as it goes I have a bunch of the Sedition wArs games, the game died but the figs are not half bad, now i've seen some people using strain for Chaos, cultists, nids and so forth, but the Vanguard i'm wondering if they would be good for a Tau Human Cadre force? or a Human IG/AM army ? curious what would you think if you came upon such a force in a game?

here is a pic of the troopers next to a space marine:

If it's not confusing and looks cool it should work. Giving them 40 weapons or something would go a long way.

Go for it - just use the right weapons.

Eastern Frontier Exploratores
224th Astra Legion (main army)
628th Praetorian Guard Cohort (wife's army)
827th Auxilia Cohort (ad mech fun)
825th Foderati Cohort (in the beginning army)
1212th Foederati Cohort - Jokaero (cause I like apes with guns)

well figured their basic weapons they come with should work as lasguns or whatever, there are even missile launchers and heavier weapons so could field a decent army.
