Hi guys, so I'm building a KDK army, and have realised I am relying on Deep Strike for a moderate portion of my army. I have never bothered with it before as I play necrons and they are fast enough to get where they need to be and not be dead simultaneously.

My problem is, asides from a formation, I cant find anything to manipulate reserves to ensure more reliable reserve rolls. There must be someone in the CSM legions that can aid in this endeavour, and as cheaply as possible?

I am deep-striking in:

5 raptors
5 raptors
5 warp talons
5 Terminations
8 Bloodletters. (I have the banner and instrument to ensure my warp talons go where I want them)

Just take a Comms Relay on a fortification

Oh wow! Thanks dude I never look at fortifications either! This is a much more fluffy way of getting it instead of cramming Zandrekh into it

Im bringing a helldrake as part of the KDK formation, as I love the warp talons, but not bothered about DFTS. A bastion will fit my army fluff too! Awesome.

Yeah, as above. An Aegis Line with a Comms Relay is like 80 points or something, grants tons of cover, and is extra useful.
