Looks good. Small piece of advice going forward is it appears some of your paints need to be either thinned a bit more or you need a 2nd coat. My examples are the blue on the shield and the yellow markings.

A 2nd coat on those will make them look much more smooth and complete. Overall though I would say this is a nice piece, and I agree you managed to get a super smooth white on that cloak.

I like the cloak a lot, but I think it could us some shading. The coat is nice and smooth, but it looks a bit flat right now. Similarly, I think you could bring up the highlights on a gold a bit more to really make it pop. Nice job, though. Also, I'd try to go over the blue areas a bit more. Your paint coverage isn't very good and it's showing the brush strokes.
