Personally, I prefer 2 CCW w/ jump packs, but for the sake of variety I often field 15 of these in a Land Raider Crusader. I was pleasently suprised and they were absolutely devastating. And I'm now starting to prefer them to jp DC. Does anyone else feel this way?

Too many points that get stranded from a single D-shot, single failed terrain test, single immobilized for me. Plus, more bolters is not what I'm looking for in my lists.

Bolter death company are pretty good whether they are walking or jumping around.

I don't really think it is too big a difference. Death company get S5 on the charge, so its either one attack with AP5 or one extra attack with S5.

I prefer S5.

But shooting is also a bit more flexible, it really comes down to personal preference considering how little difference it makes IMHO.
