The ghostkheel has a rule called holophoton countermeasures, it says that a model equipped with them can use them once per game. The question came up if you have a squad of 2+ could each model use theirs a separate time?

I was talking with a few other players and the consensus was they could but I still wanted a 2nd opinion.

In ITC, it has been ruled that a unit of Ghostkeels may use Holophotons once per game/ per model, so a full unit of 3 would be able to activate them 3 times per game, affecting the whole unit.

There's nothing preventing a unit with the same rule using it multiple times per turn. It's not a psychic power.

Yes, each one could use theirs a separate time.
