Stompa

Warboss with Mega Armor & Da Lucky Stick

4 X 12 man boys squads (shootas,nob, power klaw, trukk with rokkits)

1 X Meganob squad ( Trukk)

1x 6 man loota squad (3xmek to ride to fix the stompa and provide it with more dakka)

traktor cannon

pain boy

Gretchen squad

The idea is to have the Warboss, Meganobs and Painboy will spear head the assault with two trukks on each side. The Stompa will crawl forward and dakka the big stuff and the gretchen will hang around the traktor cannon to essentially be annoying and provide a speedbump if necessary

If you're gonna go stompa, go buzzgob. Assuming you're playing itc rules. Will save you a boatload of points.

Manz on foot is not a good idea. They have no range weapons of note and can't run. They need a trukk.

Lootas in the stompa isn't great because they have heavy weapons so if it moves they can't shoot. Either give them a big mek in mega armour so they get s&p, swap them for burna boyz who can stack assault templates, or even just grots with a mek from the hq entry.

Drop the shootas from the trukk boyz. Shootas are only worth it for footslogger get boyz or a large number in a battlewagon. The trukk is a fast assault vehicle, you want your boyz charging out of it, not hanging in it with its av10 and potential to explode.

Also, get Rams for all your trukks. And more of them. At this point cost you should have 8 minimum and expect to lose 3 per turn.

I agree with slip.
You need a Trukk for the Manz, they'll never get anywhere to do anything otherwise.
The Boyz need to be Slugga Boyz, Shoota boyz are nice for variation and the odd support but you want Slugga Boyz to be able to jump out of any Trukks that make it to the enemy line and just go through them. once you get bogged down in combat your loss of that Strength bonus makes it so much harder. (Boyz made for Choppin' not Shootin')
The Lootas inside the Stompa doesn't make sense to me. I see the point of the Meks inside but just take them as random Meks as you have two HQ's it's fine to take them free of slots.

The Manz will be in a trukk with with the Warboss and the painboy. I've always been torn on Shootas. Assaults are so slow now that the loss of 1 base attack for more versatile shooting has played out better for me. Yes I loose boys to exploding trukks but a 12 man squad of boys dosen't usually sweep anything off the board either. Can't the loota's snap shot? Sure its BS 6 if the stompa moves, but its more of a denial unit imo because of the points although I've never used buzzgrub. If I add him that makes sense to drop the lootas for burna boys.

Avoid meganobz and warboss all together, with a painboy it's even worse. That is dead turn 1 and all AP2 shots would go towards that unit. All close combat units would chase them too, if you face something with ap2 and I more than 1 they're all dead, lucky stikk or not. The warboss is great with bikes if he has a bike too or with boys, never stick him with meganobz, that are good on their own.

Well you'll save like 400 points on the stompa, buzzgob can do a good job himself but if it's an area of denial unit, why not put the obsec grots in their, maybe with another 15point hq mek. A min squad of lootas is a good unit, I wouldn't toss the whole thing, just keep them on foot no meks in good cover. Let's just say we're gonna look at the options for your troop slots, so we'll take them out for the moment just for consideration.

Now, you have over 1000 points to spend. Here's some options for consideration.

1- 8x trukk boyz nob w/ bp, pk. Double your current amount of boyz and have enough trukks to stay in the game late or suffer first turn army wide immobilization.

2- 2x trukk boyz or 2x grots. Spend the rest on koptas, tankbustas, and manz. You would have enough points to pick up a bullyboy formation if you wanted. A gorkanaut would be a cool choice to team with your stompa.

3- zhad and warbikes and koptas. Could get like 10x warbikers and 6x koptas and be super mobile.

4- blitz brigade. If you like shoota boyz this would be the time to use them. If you like shootas boyz the wagons get scout to put them into range turn 1 and their Dakka synergizes with scout by mitigating the no charge rule with the firepower. Av14 will keep them safe. Go with just big choppas if you roll shootas, if will be enough to roll most things but now you're looking to max Dakka and part of that is min'ing cc. Not being in cc wastes the klaw, being in cc wastes the shootas.

I think the Manz star is fine but I don't disagree with blackie's criticism. Part of the problem is that you have the one unit. Pardon the terminology, but in gaming this is what we would call a "feth me" light, aka the pipe on the Death Star that blows the whole thing up. That's 300 points of high grade s&p hardware relying on 35 points of av10 with zero redundancies. Part of the beauty of bullyboyz is that it forces them to split fire and ensures at least some will make it in. Having 5-6 extra trukks lying around is great because they can swap out squads based on priority, or heck might just be empty. You'd be better served going bullyboyz or double Manz missile w/ painboy I think.

I honestly didn't think of running bullyboyz, that is a pretty solid formation. I love gorkanauts, but am always underwhelmed with their performance. I see your whole pipe on the death star and I had figured that the stompa or the Manz star would be dead by end of 1 or basically nullified. I never stopped to really think, what happens if I go second. Its dead before they can even really do anything.
