If they are selected by the Warpsmith to attack twice, do they get their bonus attacks for charging twice, or just on the first set of attacks, or do you chose which set of attacks gains the bonus?

This rule makes my head hurt in a number of ways,.. but I would assume you get the charge bonus both times, as it is an entirely new set of attacks.

How you are supposed to handle the inititative steps between the different attacks is a bit of a mystery to me.

No you wouldn't get bonuses. You get second round of attacks not just doubling the number of attacks. The second set you're already locked and wouldn't get charge bonuses.

The unit charged that turn. Therefore, it gets the extra attacks.
... I think.

EDIT: The ork's "Pile on the Pain" rules are, if I recall correctly, pretty much the same. FAQs on one could provide precedent on the other.

I would also say they get +1 attack for the same reason of the fact that you charged that turn. The better question is, can you attack with power maces followed by chain fists at initiative? That is the true conundrum of this formation.
