Big weakness is low model count - it won't survive long against mass scatbikes/tau if it doesn't get T1, but there are plenty of Dangerous units. All the DPs are dangerous, with two able to get 1st turn charges on average rolls if the opponent doesnt depoly too far back into their deployment zone, albeit only with a 3+/5++ and 4+ cover if they don't, so more fragile than the Nurgle DP. Kharn's unit has an average charge of 29" on the first turn (2d6 + 6"+ 3" + 2d6" + 3" + 3") without taking fleet into account (they also have hatred due to Kharn). The Juggerlord unit is also dangerous, whilst the two remaining Bezerker units have equipment to be dangerous to most middle of the road units. The spawn is a tax but not really too bad a one (aside from the 2 awkward points but 2 extra Bezerkers cleared that up). All the Butcherhorde units have a chance at first turn charges but only the DPs and Kharn's unit have an anything close to reliable chance (terrain permitting).
Cultists objective sit in own half.
Not the best list I've ever made but I like the in-your-face from turn 1 attitude it brings.

As with all butcherhordes, it sounds great, especially if you go first.. but would it actually hold up if you went second? Dunno.

I needed a 6th HQ to get the mace Prince as I'd used the 4 command limit (with Kharn being from the Maelstrom). So needed to choose which legion benefitted him better. Decided BL because it can be Nurgle for 2+ cover and the hatred bonus for rerolls to hit. Could have been another WE in a CAD but then there would be the MoK tax on the cultists and he would swap Shrouded and Hatred for Furious Charge.

Fair, but a Prince with a 2+ would be my preference. Or even a daemon nurgle Prince with balesword and less troop tax.

Very good point. Didn't even think of going Daemon dex. Then can just take 1 nurgling unit for the troops... who are way better objective sitters.

Or one unit of brimstone horrors. Even cheaper and come with two psychic powers and a warpsmith charge.

Good thinking. Although, aside from discussions on split and what Ive read on the internet I do not know the full rules for the new horrors as I dont own the TS book.

Haha thank you I agree ;-). Although I have been on the dark side for quite a while now, before I left for china I was playing most my games with Renegades and CSM allies (had CSM for a good few years but rarely played them until IA:13 dropped - then went on an ebay binge and have them up to about 4-5k, not including Renegades). Especially after they moved my beloved Baals to HS and got rid of their scout (corrected with the new BA supplement, albeit at the cost of a LR tax). Although one thing I was gutted about is that I only ordered 3 ebay winged DPs a few months before I left so only have experiance of a half dozen games with them. Alongside an Abby filled Dreadclaw they always impressed though! Although I never ran more than 2 so don't know how effective three actually are.

I am very happy with TLs as I was worried a new dex would come out and nerf my new Princes. It happened with my BA when they nerfed my 6 Baals and 3 DC talon dreads along with my ASM troops. Also happened with my Necrons when they nerfed my 5 Anni barges, 2 Haywire/veil cryptek squads (entierly squatted these) and my Lord Barge... Don't get me wrong - both dexes are far more powerful now, it's just with my models it got a bit weaker. Thought it'd be the same with TLs so was plesently surprised when they kept it the same but gave us more options :-D!
