The weapons don't stand out very much. A color difference between the weapons and the jackets would help a lot, I think. Maybe drybrush some boltgun/silver to make them pop out a bit more?

Very grungy and it works perfectly! I do agree with the other comment about maybe a little pop...Those bases. Excellent! Fits the fluff background so well. They look like an army in the trenches in a giant junkyard in acid rain, and I mean that in the best possible way!

Keeping the hobby side alive!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.
