In the errata

Q: How do you determine what models and units make up a warscroll battalion? When is it based on a keyword and when is it a unit name?
A: When a warscroll battalion is referring to a keyword, it appears in Keyword Bold. Otherwise, it is referring to the name of a unit.

Archmage is not in keyword bold on the warcroll of the Guardians of the Dawnspire. too bad it would have been a cool take on the swifthawk agents.

But even then, the swordmasters would never be battleline in a swifthawk agents list as they only are in a 100% Eldritch council army, even if they gain the swifthawk agents keywords.

GW should really give this faction a vanilla battle line choice. Because swifthawk agents are cool but now they are hard to expand on within a grand alliance because as soon as you want to add another faction from the Order GA you need to replace your entire battleline...

Reavers are battleline so at least that portion is good.

I thought the new reavers were Swifthawk agents only battleline... The Elyrian reavers were vanilla order battleline. My info comes from scrollbuilder.com. I should doublecheck with GW but will not get my hands on spire at dawn until next week as these new scrolls are not yet in the GHB so I gues there updated info is in there...

If reavers are vanilla battleline this list idea could work but would need to leave the pure swifthawk idea. with 1x the battalion, but I would take 2 skywarden and a loremaster to get re-rolls on one of the monsters each turn.
Maybe a drakeseer instead of the archmage if you cannot make him swifthawk agents. That flames of the phoenix spell.. such a gamble but I would not be able to resist it...
