I'd take a Decurion and start from there. You will find a collection of mandatory units you'll have to include. After this, you could include some formations like Canoptek Harvest.
Alternatively, you could look into ''Braindead's'' army played at the ETC (which is a special tournament format): https://www.fantasywelt.de/ETC-Bundle-1850P-Inquisition-Necrons-von-Simon-braindead

It would help if you told us what models you have at your disposal, so we can put together something for you, that you can test

I'll take "aggressive" to mean as much bang for buck as possible at 1250. No real importance given on ObSec units or being tough. Just pure shooting galore, assault with scary gak and kill.

In that context, a 1250 decurion would be really too weak. The tax is too big on non-killy units for just 1250 points. Therefore, this seems to be the most aggressive list I could come up with and , to my surprise, it actually looks scary:

Necron CAD

HQ

Overlord (Warscythe, Veil of Darkness) - 125pts
Orikan the Diviner - 120pts

Troops

5 Immortals (tesla) - 85pts
5 Immortals (tesla) - 85pts

Fast Attack

4 Canoptek Wraiths (3 Whip Coils) - 169pts

Elites

5 Lychguard (Sword and Shield) - 150pts

Total - 734pts

Formation: Destroyer Cult - 515pts

Destroyer Lord (Phase Shifter, Warscythe) - 155pts
3 Destroyers - 120pts
3 Destroyers - 120pts
3 Destroyers - 120pts

TOTAL - 1249pts

This nets you a Destroyer Cult with Extermination Protocols. The shootiest thing you can get out of Necrons. It also nets you a Wraith-DestroLord deathstar with a very capable Destroyer Lord who also benefits from Extermination Protocols from the formation (a warscythe with all kinds of rerolls is pretty killy).

It also nets you a Lychguard deathstar. They have blink (Veil of Darkness overlord joins them to teleport turn 1 in enemy lines). They all have 3+ invulnerable saves, 4+ RP (thanks to Orikan), rerolls on their saves and invulnerable saves (thanks to Orikan) and are quite capable in close combat. (Also, noteworthy is that at some point Orikan is going to turn to a Monstrous Creature).

You could stretch it more and remove shield from the Lychguard and give your Destroyerlord a Voidreaper, but that would just not be effective, as I see it. The only real downside to this list is its troops. It only has obviously 10 immortals that should be camping objectives and just shooting tesla from really far, in cover. Thankfully, they're more survivable than marines, so if utilised properly and in cover will not die as easily. Also, I suppose the turn 1 blink will make your opponent re-evaluate what he needs to shoot.

All in all, a lot of threats, D Cult, Wraithstar with Destrolord and teleporting Lychstar. Try it out and tell us how it went!
