Hi all, just had my first game of 40K for about 4 years last week, it was I think 6th edition. I was looking to get into 40K again and I saw all the Gathering Storm; Fall of Cadia books and models. My thoughts then turned to End times for Warhammer and how that went for my WFB gaming group (which was the total end of fantasy for us) and I was wondering is that a possibility with 40K? End times, everyone gets transported to bubble realms and all new models? I was considering getting the new rulebook, plus some of the mission cards etc but then i just thought, is it worth it, or shall I wait to see whats happening with this possibly apocalyptic occurance?

If 8th is inbound, it won't be here for at least 6 months
At the very least, I would still get a paper back BRB as cheap as you can get it just to hold you over.
