I have drafted a hypothetical list. I don't yet have all the models to actually go out and play it, do I'd like some feedback before I go out and sell a limb. The theme of this list is that the mobility allows the army to strike as one big "anvil".

Deffkoptas fly around and be annoying / grab objectives, or hunt vehicles?

Boyz in battlewagons don't need the armor. The main problem of this list is the lack of firepower. I'd suggest to make some changes in order to go with 5 battlewagons (formation blitzbrigade) or a lot of trukks dropping the battlewagons. If you want them both go with 2 CADs, otherwise you don't have any rooms for shooty units. If you drop a painboy, eavy armors and the second big shoota in every BW you can field a unit of gretchin and some mek gunz/lootas. Since you already have 3 units of boyz those 3 units of manz could be redundant, you can field 4-5 units of min tankbustas instead. Warbikes are very good too.

Something like this:

Warboss, MA, Lucky Stikk
Painboy
2xMek (with the boyz to spare the pks nobz from challegnes)
17 boyz, nob,pk, BP (with the 2 HQs)
2x19 boyz, nob, pk, BP
10 gretchin
3xBattlewagons, ram, rokkit
4x5 tankustas, trukk, ram, 2xbomb squigs
3 meganobz, trukk, ram, BP, killsaws
3x1 deffkopta
5 lobbas, 3 ammo runts.

Or you can drop the bomb squigs and a mek to add a second painboy.

Don't think you need that many Meganobz at 1850.

Battlewagons are unnecessary also.

More boyz. LOTS more Power Klaws. Min bike squads are good for this. Maybe give the Megabnobz you decide to keep (1 or 2 units) a killsaw each? You can't do much to vehicles at the moment.

Well to be honest the bullyboyz formation is by far the most powerful thing an ork army can include in a list, 3 units of 3 meganobz are not as powerful though, so they're certainly too many. Trukks have the edge nowadays, but battlewagons can be good too. 40-50 boyz are enough, bikes are never enough. I think he has too many pks and not enough s5,7,8 shots.
