Looks fun.

Why not White Scars? Ultramarines is not the best CT for this list. Of course, if you’ve painted them blue, go for it. I know I’ve played plenty of lists that Ishould have swapped CTs for as Ultras because that’s my army. Just wanted to point that out if you are unpainted/a homebrew chapter.

Librarians are OK. Both could use that second ML.

If you are spamming grav in the command squad (a good plan) might be worth going all-in. That one guy with his chainsword looks lonely.

Your dreads could use pods and HFs. The MM one especially.

Why not bikes for troops? You have the mounted HQs. That said, your squads are fine. I think the vet sarge upgrade is a waste of points here, and if you can scrape the points to upgrade the guns on the razors, that would be a good thing.

I don’t see MM attack bikes as a squadron very often. I generally prefer either normal bikes squads, or land speeders for my fast melta needs. Might not be the most efficient use of points, but should get the job done.

TFC is good

Vindi could use the siege shield if you can find the points. I was a little fuzzy on the need for it, then I got my vindi caught up on some rubble. SB is good insurance for weapon destroyed results.

There are enough things I’d like to see upgraded, I’d suggest trimming something to get the points. The MM dread would be my first pick.

Overall this is a very close range army. Against a very mobile foe you are going to spend a lot of time running things down. I might try to get a little more long range firepower in there, but where is an issue. Putting TLLCs on the razors/dread would be one. Swapping out the MM bikes for some TML/HB speeders would be another. As you say this is for a doubles game, that might not be an issue if you partner is bringing the fire support. But it is something to keep in mind.

The list looks better after this change! Looks like a nice list with tactical flexibility.

Good luck, Cilithan

Fiery the angels fell; deep thunder rolled around their shores; burning with the fires of Orc.

Armies:
Daemons: 5000+ points
CSM/Black Legion: 5000+ points
Deathwatch/Knights: 5000 points

Not super experienced but maybe a Dakka pred instead of the vindicator? You've got a lot of anti-vehcile/heavier stuff, but could use something to chew through the masses, and dakka preds are cheap. at 95 points. it'd also free up points for a relic, or possibly some upgrades elsewhere as needed.
