I figured my Cataphractii Terminator Sgt. could fire both, but then I realized you usually need a special rule to fire two weapons in the shooting phase, like the Centurions Devastators have. Can anyone point me to a rule that lets me fire both?

Come to think of it, I've been firing my regular Termies' Cyclone ML and his storm bolter in the same turn.

Cyclone ML's have a special rule allowing them to fire the storm bolter as well. Don't have the harness rules so I can't check that I'm afraid.
