I'm not sure if they can take the Pods because they are the same faction, but then they aren't in the same detachment.

Also this is standard MSU spam, the only thing I'd add would be Honour Guard or a Command Squad to get some banners and Veterans with your Smashfrakkers.

Ok i am a little confused. What is your auxilliary formation in the gladius?

If they are all from 1 detachment then the characters can go into the drop pods but will have to join units to do so. they can´t use onr of he drop pods on their own as they are all dedicated transports

Major errors were made and I will be fixing this list. I messed up pretty bad and forgot cores and Aux like a doofus

You can put everything into a Gladius but not the IH detachment. Also I don´t believe the IH detachment lets you have free transports ever

Take a FoM as one CAD and a Gladius as a second CAD.

CAD is something completely different. I think you need to go back and read the BRB to have an understanding of what you are talking about with regards to building a battleforged army. Then go to the space marine codex and death from the skies and figure out which 1 detachment you want.

I think he's suggesting he's taking a Fist of Medusa Detachment and a Gladius Detachment but in order to do that you would need two auxiliary choices (one for FoM, one for Gladius)

Yes but then the +1 FnP buff from FoM characters wouldn't effect and of the Gladius models.
