I don't have the Deathwatch codex and the C:IA only allows troop choices. I'm looking for a cheap way to include my Garran Branatar (Deathwatch elite choice) as an allied detachment to my space marines.
Is there a good detachment in the Deathwatch codex that would let me pick him?

How about an Aquila Killteam? 5 vets + him. 150 points I think? Whole unit can deepstrike and you can get some frag cannons.
