Here's my attempt at a competitive Deathwatch list. It's designed to have the bikers be the "troops", doing most of the work. They're pretty good for 30 points with 5 point power weapons.
The astra miliarum is there for some addition high strength power to combat AV enemies.
The sisters of silence are joined by the watch captain, and are swaped with a bike unit to dispell a targetted enemy unit and get them into the thick of battle.
