Long time past And I come back to my tau armies, formed as anciently where by couple of hammerhead, some crisis and apocalipsis suits with tons of fire warriors and kroot. I come back to find out this crazy new toys.

My question is about scale mostly, I want to recicle my crisis into the game, convert my apocalipsis into those crazy XV88 and of course go and buy some of those nice "little" toys we tau now have.

Some advise and considerations about the crisis and Apocalipsis? Im figuring out if the new ones are much bigger...

They are a fair bit bigger, so unless you have a very easy going group, I'd abandon the idea of converting an older crisis onto a stormsurge.

No stormsurge, hell, thats a moster in comparison! Broadsides...

Here's a quick reference pic. From left to right, Crisis Suit (old), Crisis Suit (New), Broadside (Old), Broadside (New). The height difference isn't much, between old and new broadsides, but they're much, well, broader, to go with their increased base size. If you rebased them on the new base size, I doubt anyone would complain.

Thank you very much. Looks like I wont have any trouble qith the crisis suits. The broadsides are a dif thing... Maybe to leave my litle apocalipsis suits as crisis can be a idea.
