Are contemptor dreadnoughts still considered as relic of the armory for WH40K if not and can be fielded in multiples without a techmarine can they each take a Lucious drop pod or are those limited to one as well? I know there was a blood Angel list that won an ATC event 6-0 with 3 contemptors and I believe 5 Lucious pods but I was told only 1 is allowed.
