Never cared for Night Lords (far too 80's metal band for me) but I like what you've done paint-wise and I really like the white helmet portion you did. Looks great.

They look distinct and distinctly unsettling, which is the way to go for night lords. The way you made the helmets look like masks is a job well done

Some variation in the helmet terror markings wouldn't go amiss, but the blue is suitably dark and yur lightning looks good which is half the battle with doing NIght Lord's properly.

Cool to see those Kromlech Frag Cannons on a model, I presume you're using them as missile lanuchers (which they more closely resemble)?

The lightning I have it nailed now and it is quite quick and easy to do. Issues are the helmets I did try variations and kinda failed good thing is the rest of the helms in the army will be terror squad ones and gw upgrade.
I am actually using the frag cannons as autocannons the guns look way too nice not to pot on.
