so i know that harlequin skyweavers usually have ni fleet but many people told me that they get fleet when they are played in the masque detachment. is that true?

I think it get the blanket treatment as far as having it though it adds not value or additional effect to the jet bikes mechanics.

I seem to recall seeing fleet there and thinning it was weird and irrelevant.

Fleet is a body mechanic function denoting a fast person.

The bikes get their swiftness in the movement phase, moving flat out, turbo boosting but do not get to reroll charge.

No maybe if they had a rule called "downshift" or something.
