In two weeks there is a local tournament which Im visiting with a Black Legion army. I'm torn between two possible lists, could you help me choose?

The first list:

CAD:
Sorcerer, ML2, Last Memory of the Yuranthos, Jump Pack, Spell Familiar
3 Terminators, 2 Combi Melta
10 Cultists
5 Spawn, Mark of Nurgle
Heldrake
Maulerfiend
Death Guard Cult of Destruction:
Warpsmith, Mark of Nurgle
3 Obliterators, Mark of Nurgle
Mutilator, Mark of Nurgle
Mutilator, Mark of Nurgle

1250 points, 27 models, 3 Mastery Levels
This list basicallly revolves around two ministars, the Spawn with Sorcerer and the Obliterators with Warp Smith, some support units sprinkled on top.

The second list:

CAD:
Lord, Power Maul, Jump Pack
3 Terminators, 3 Combi Melta
10 Cultists
5 Spawn, Mark of Nurgle
Cyclopia Cabal:
Sorcerer, ML3, Bike, Spell Familiar
Sorcerer, ML3, Jump Pack, Spell Familiar
Sorcerer, ML1, Last Memory of the Yuranthos, Spell Familiar
Daemon Engine Pack:
Warpsmith

Forgefiend

1250 points, 25 models, 8 Mastery Levels
This list is a single Deathstar with the Spawn, the Cabal and the Lord, with some support units.

The difference is basically Heldrake vs. Forgefiend and 2 Sorcerers and a Lord vs. 3 Obliterators and 2 Mutilators
