Subject: Plague Tower, my progress

OK, so I recently mentioned I was building a Plague Tower of Nurgle, or three.
As anyone who knows me will tell you I only buy, build or paint models I am going to use in games. That's why youll never see me any where near an Age of Sigmar miniature unless it's being chopped up for a 40K conversion. I'd rather play Hobit or Lord of the Rings (technically the same game) than AoS and I utterly detest those games. A'hem.
Anyway, this rule as a given it must mean I wish to use my towers in actual games of 40K. The problem is I Can't find a 40K (Not Epic) Datasheet for the damned thing.
I have looked everywhere, nothing.
Now I need the most up-to-date rules possible 'cause I want it to play as close to fair as possible. PDFs are no good can't down load'em on a Playstation.
Been on lexicanium, 14dchan, the hobby wiki. no where has them.
Found a few fan made rules but they're terrible. Wrong points cost, I'm not going to believe you can field a supper heavy mobile fortress for under 600pts and 2000's way too high. Some idiot thinks it's got lascanons on it instead of demolishers, and another hasn't got any rules for the puss cannon and plague mortar. They clearly have no idea what a plague tower is let alone how it's supposed to play. It's a waste land of clueless out there and I am lost.
So what I'm asking is, if anyone has "official rules" for using the plague tower could they please share them here so I can finnish the challenge project I've been given, because if I can't use them in a game i can't even build them. Rules is rules.
All assistance is gratefully and graciously appreciated.

AAAAAAAAAAGH thought I'd found it, turned out to be new rules for the epic model. Damn.
Good to see people are still playing epic 40K though. Good show.
Now where are my plague tower rules?
I wonder if I could find a copy of Apocalypse Reloaded on ebay or somewhere.

Do "official" rules even exist - seems an odd goal if they're not available. So make some up yourself.

The pandorax book has rules for the plaguereaper, and khorne tower of skulls. Either of those would work.

There were some on GW, but they got pulled down a little beffore the 2nd or 3d full Apocalypse Book (not including reloaded), which I think may have had a plague tower entry in it but was vastly different maybe be abetter fit for the modern game.
But I currently don't have either/or.
I do have a pdf with the plague reaper on an old laptop, which has the rules for the puss cannon and explosion of filth. However I still need stats for the plague mortar.

Is this the one you're looking for?
I don't know if there's anything else more recent, it's from the pdf GW released years ago.

I got into the habit of downloading whatever pdfs GW or FW release over the years, whenever they redo their websites often links get broken, sections are purged, machine spirits corrupted, etc. it's convenient to have saved copies.
That's just a screen grab of the file.

I know these rules are not updated for 7th edition, but - jeez. This with a Plague Colony would make an amazing army.

OK the only thing I really need to get this thing playable is stats for the plague mortar. I can't quite make them out on that image and I can't find them anywhere else.
Also can't we just put all the details up on the message board? I mean neither the miniature in the picture nor the publication it's are in production anymore. and the rules are no longer in any way cannon information as they were publish several editions ago and would require a fair bit of revision and and alteration to make them work in the modern game before I could add them to my chodex.
The final entry would be suitability different to those in that there would be no interlectual property infringement and it's aprrivate fan built publication and will have no commercial aplication. So surly it's a no harm nofoul? Automatically Appended Next Post: I just thought all those pdfs where permission toprint files any way otherwise we couldn't download them anyway. Duuh! I can be alittle thickat times. Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, whilst we're on the subject. Did GW ever publish 40K rules for the Khorne Cauldron of Blood? always wanted to build a couple of those beasties.
This is turning into two different threads.
Right I'm going to make an entry in the rules and stats section to discuss the datasheets for these daemonengines and keep this one here on painting and modeling to post pictures updates on the plague towers. Automatically Appended Next Post: OK. I've set up a rules thread titled "Epic Daemon Engines in 40K." So we can post any rules related chat over there.

Right. So thanks to comrades near and far, I now have rules for the Plague Tower, Plague Reaper, Tower of Skulls and Silver Tower.
I'm now getting stuck into the plague tower. I've cut out eleven foam board pieces, and have part assembled the front, right and rear walls so I can see the size and shape of the main body of the machine while still allowing me full access to the inside of the vehicle. (I've swapped out the compressed chip-board for foam board, because the former was just way to heavy. It would have bean an arse to move around and with three of them going on one of my display shelves I'd have to reinforce and add new brackets to enable them to take the weight)
Anyway. I've begun building the steam engine and internal pus tanks that will provide the behemoth with it's locomotive power source. and am also putting in the pipe line that will carry the contagious goop from the exterior pus tanks through the inside of the hull to the pus cannano at the front of the machine and the plague mortar on the roof.
I will also cut the openings in the front and rear walls for the access door to the preacher's balcony and for the assault ramps. the model is going to be just as detailed inside as out.
Once Ive got that done I'll post some progress photos.

So, I've finnished the boiler and started on the engine head. I've also found a scoop for powdered baby milk that found it's way into the bits draws. I'm using it for the large Pus tank over the enggine.
Daiton's 9 now so it's been there awhile. Kelly keeps warnining she's gonna tidy the cause she can never find things when she's looking for them. That's what happens when you play craftworlders they just bugger off on some odyssey whenever they feel like it.
I'm looking for a classic skaven screaming bell chariot. I know there's a new double use kit but the old one had way more charcter. If Ican't find I might just go with the new. Needs must and all that.
If anyone spots one online drop us a heads up. as always help is greatly appreciated.
