Well, paired savage blades or shields for Tzaangors?

x2 units of 10, or 1 of 20?

I thought about 20 since I can use the spell that gets models back.

1 of 20 and mix and match both weaponloads. You can have a few shields to better tank.

If you max out your allotment of special models within the unit, it'll look something like this for every 10:

4 Savage Greatblades (one on Twistbray)
2 Paired Savage Blades on Mutants
4 Savage Blade & Shield (one each on Musician / Standard Bearer)

I'd advocate the sword/shield on anyone without a greatblade or isn't a mutant, simply because mutants do the paired swords better, greatblades hit harder. So your non-special dudes are essentially ablative wounds for the harder hitters.

The thing is that if you have the musician and the banner they have the base savage blade only...
i equipped my 10 man quad in this way:
- Twistbray with Great bLade
- 2 mutants with mandatory Paired Savage Blades
- 3 Shields
- Musician and Banner (they can be equipped only w standard savage blade only)

Now my doubt is for the last 2 guys...Paired Blade or greater weap?
I really don't know because a part for the twistbray who has +1 hit,
what between 1 attack at 4+ 2 damage rend -1 or 2 attack at 3+ no rend?
Need an expert , any help?

Source please. Where do the rules state that a model upgraded prevented from being equipped with a lade and shield or even a greatblade?

Your local GW has no more insight into the rules than anyone else. Its basically the store's house rule as the rules as written do not prevent a standard bearer or musician from taking the blade and shield or a greatblade.

How you can represent the great blade on musician?

You can strap either the greatblade or the or the banner to the model's back or have him hold the greatblade in a single hand. Regardless, there is no rule forbidding a standard bearer or musician from having a greatblade.

Greatblades, because of the fact that Tzaangors get +1 attack per 9 models up to +3 max. So the moment you get even +1 attack you're comparing 2 attacks with the Greatblade to 3 with the Savage Blade.
