I'm in love with Cawls model, he looks fething cool. One niggling doubt is his little face you can see through his mask. I think it ruins the mini for me. Question is, anyone have any ideas how i could cover it up?

Here is the face of which I speak.

the simplest answer would be to paint it as a metal death mask...
i'm sure that would change the whole impression that the face gives off...

the head is separate from the cowl and mask, so you can probably just use a Ruststalker head, or anything else that look cooler to you, trimmed to fit inside the cowl...
should be an easy enough conversion...
i'd like to see something like that, actually

Looking at them, that actually would look cool. Not sure where i'm going to get one of those heads though lol. I was not aware the head was separate so that's good to know. I was thinking of just green stuffing a sheet over the face, but your idea sounds yonks better. If i did do it, id be sure to post it here.

the dual kits leave loads of spare heads, depending on the build...
anyone at your local shop that has built Infiltrators should have a spare Ruststalker head for you...

the Green Stuff route is easy enough, too, since you don't have to try and get into the cowl to sculpt a few flat plates...
hell, even a little creative use of cardboard from a cereal box could do the trick, especially if you slice the nose off of the face, and flatten out the brow and cheek first...

the more you model, the more you learn little tricks to make life easier

I really appreciate the help! i'll have to stalk around the comic store and ask around. I think that would be the best route because i'm not very good at sculpting.
