I'm adding some Astra Militarum to my Scions army and I had a question about the orders rule. It says the unit being given the order must take a leadership test. Could I use the highest leadership of an attached character? For example could a unit of conscripts use an attached commissar's leadership? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but I could see how it could be interpreted otherwise. Honestly I'm almost positive about this one but I figured I'd double check before I assumed 100% it was correct. Thanks.

Check out 'Leadership Tests' in the rulebook. That has your clear answer.
