canon wise
does Sanguinius have blond or black hair, this question is one that GW has never answered....
there was debate also if Russ had red hair or blonde hair for a while, but its been pretty much officially confirmed that he has blond hair (via Forge World model)
so i guess we just have to wait until Sanguinius forge world model

I've seen more representations of Sanguinius with blond hair than black. I only remember him being described with black hair once or twice opposed to the blond everywhere else.
Also that click bait level in the title is screaming desperation.

It's blonde hair. He specifically died his hair black in mourning of the Blood Angels that died on Murder.

Not really, fluff has claimed several hair colours for Russ.
Sanguinius will probably start getting conflicting info after the model is produced - or all his head options will be helmets.

Most of BL novels if not all depict him as Blonde(on the Artwork i mean), and since those are canon Blonde it's the safest bet for now.
