Alright so RAW and very clearly RAI the Sekhment terminator cabal doesnt have access to biomancy.
My question is: If i toss in a Librarian who gets off Iron Arm and Warp Speed do they apply to the whole unit (Brotherhood of Psykers) or just him?
The question is being raised because very clearly he's not orignially part of the "Brotherhood of Psykers"
Edit: Answer is a resounding no. Figures. 60 S:7 I:7 WS:4 attacks with power weapons on the charge from a unit with 20 T:7 2+/3++ wounds for around 450 points is the epitome of cheese.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."

That is not actually true.

Prosperine Lore gives all psykers within the Thousand Sons army all the disciplines except Malefic Daemonology.

Two units have unique rules regarding their selection. Ammitara occult do not select a power and instead have Mind Killer. Sekhmet terminators may SELECT powers from the Pyrae or TK disciplines, but are not restricted to only those disciplines.

So you can either select powers from those disciplines, or generate them normally from any of the disciplines available to the Thousand Sons. This is the same way Lorgar can pick his powers out of Divination and Telekinesis, but must roll to generate Malefic Daemonology powers.

Regarding the Brotherhood question, that is not an ability that is conferred to the entire unit. It would make it too confusing anyway, since then technically the IC joining the unit would lose his individual psyker status and mastery level, and become part of the Brotherhood with whatever their mastery level was.

That is a fascinating interpretation. Will need pondering.

But yeah, a joining psyker doesn't gain BoP rule, so no getting around it that way.
