Greetings. My local gaming group is considering starting up a small scale 30k campaign that will take place primarily on a zone mortalis board. I think the idea is that it would boarding actions for blood in the void or some such thing. As I have yet to play a single game of 30k, I thought I'd post here to see if my list was any good before I started building. Any critics is welcomed with the exception of changing the legion. Thanks in advance.

Legion Praetor: artificer armor, archeopistol, iron halo, and master crafted thunder hammer.

Legion Consul: diabolist, lightning claws, artificer armor, and melt bombs.

Gal Vorbak: 5 man squad with dark martyr equipped with artificer armor and power fist.

Mhara Gal Tainted Dread: no upgrades.

Breacher siege squad: 10 man squad with 2 plasma guns, vexilla, sarge with artificer armor and breacher charge.

Breacher siege squad: 10 man squad with 2 meltaguns, vexilla, and sarge with artificer armor and breacher charge.

Tactical support squad: 5 man squad with flamers, additional hand weapons, and artificer armor on the sarge.

I think it is rather fluffy, and includes units that I like, especially the Gal Vorbak and tainted dread. The consul is my version of alrgel tal until he gets rules.

What are the total points? This makes it a lot easier to give resonable suggestions.

I don't like any of the premium pistols, at most, its going to kill two MEQs. (on a very good day, a single shooting phase and overwatch)
I would swap it out for a combi-flamer in ZM. Flamers are awesome.
Other than that, you have a fair number of bodies and a dreadnought, so it should be fine.

Looks good, but i think you need to take a chaplain/centurion as per the WB special rules.

Either use the praetor as the compulsory and then swap the Diabolist for a Chaplain, or use the Diabolist as the compulsory and downgrade the Praetor to a basic Centurion??
