Can Cadian battlegroup take standard commissars? There is no express segment in the formation structure for the them, but the commissar entry states that you may take one for each CCS or PCS which you will have in the platoon's?

1.) The Cadian Battle Group is a Detachment, not a Formation. However the Command, Core and Auxiliary choices will be either Formations or units.

2.) Whether an Astra Militarum Formation may add Ministorum Priests, Primaris Psykers or Enginseers is answered in the Codex Astra Militarum FAQ.

Does that mean that you can take Priests, Psykers, and Enginssers as a part of the Cadian Battle Group Detachment, even though they aren't explicitly listed in the sub formations used in said detatchment? Their rules state "Each Astra Militarum detachment may include..."

My bad. I'm working on about three hours sleep Since you add the Commissar to a unit and not the 'Detachment', I don't see a problem with it.
