In the Y'Vahra experimental rules it states the model can move as a swooping monstrous creature, but it also says this represents more of a bounding leap than true flight. RAI, seems enemy units would fire at him with full BS. Just making sure, snap shots or no?

Rule #1 is Look Cool.

No snap shot, use regular BS, the model moves as a flying MC ends immediately after its move.

Best way to read and explain the rule to people. Also incorporates the flechette attack. All the nonsense about moving like a swooping mc with no swooping mc rules are moot really.

"The Y'Vahra can choose to move 12-24" using its Vectored Thrust Array. This special movement may not be used in two consecutive turns. At the end of this move or when arriving from deepstrike you may choose a single unengaged enemy unit within 6" to suffer a flechette attack using the following profile."
