If a sanguinary high priest joins a death company squad, does that benefit their feel no pain?

Narthecium grants a unit FnP. Death Co has FnP. Two instances of the same special rule (like Stealth and Stealth) do nothing.

Unless stated otherwise. (This will be listed in said rules, so if its absent it does not stack)

Such as Iron hands chapter tactics. Genestealer cult Icon and some Tyranid shenanigans.

Doesn't benefit their FNP, but it still gives them the +1 WS.
