I have been seeing alot of people using plasti card to make awesome fluff and extras but have no idea on where to start.
Any help is appreciated.

To make what?

Generally it is a very easy material to use. It can be scored with a knife and snapped or just cut. It glues with Poly cement and comes in a huge variety of sheet thicknesses and sections - Plastruct being a well known brand.
