Hey there, I know you have some tough infantry coming as the Breachers and Destroyers, but have you considered Onagers ? They're tough and hit really hard too. I wouldn't trust the Torsion Cannons to work just because of the BS3 of the Kataphrons and a single shot, however you'd be better aiming only at vehicles or MCs with them, I don't think the D3 wounds applies to whole units. It looks like a lot of anti-vehicles by the way, do you expect loads of vehicles in your meta ?
As for the Rangers, I strongly recommend using them in a squad of five, so you don't have that much guys out of range doing nothing, I suppose you'll want your Snipers out of range of the enemy so that means of out range of your galvanic rifles too.
I'd give at least a refractor field to your Princeps with Autopurger (god I love that name) or even a conversion field if you feel like living it up, they're really really flimsy and you don't want them to die in Overwatch fire. A 5++ or 4++ is really nice to have.
Otherwise I don't have anything else to say. if I were you I'd switch the Breachers for something else or more Destroyers in the existent units, but who knows maybe it will work wonderfully

It's mostly just what I've got in my collection.
I know he's fielding a Killbursta, and a variety of Kans and Deff Dreds - so my anti-vehicle should have some good targets.
If I could rebuild my Kataphron, I'd likely switch out the Torsion Cannons - they're hilarious weapons, but as covered not especially great outside of ripping transports apart and Monstrous Creatures limb from limb....but hey, they should prove effective enough against Deff Dreds - and there's a chance I might be able to properly mangle a Warboss!

Yes, but don't fancy those sorts of allies
Currently, I'm feeling out 40k after a long break,

Another thing, if you really want to run the Arquebii, think about buying the Scryerskull Perspicatus for Cawl, it allows to select any enemy vehicle, and reroll failed armor penetration, and reroll glancing hits to try to obtain penetrating hits instead. It's 25 points but I really think it's awesome to have, and it doubles out as a Mysterious Objective identifier too if needed.
After a few tests in a game against Eldars and a game today against an Iron Warriors list in 1350 pts, I think that the Arquebii are not that awesome. You need to have the right terrain to have them in an elevated position preferably in your deployment zone to not get shot at, and with only one shot each if you can't reroll with the Scryerskull Perspicatus and the Doctrina to improve your BS you may find those 50 points might have been best used elsewhere.

I dont think Cawl can take any wargear.
I dont really like the Arquebii either, it takes multiple squads + skull to get any results. Id rather rely on the much more reliable haywire table (w/ arc rifles), or just run default weapons.
Consider giving the omni mask to your other infiltrators, they suffer pretty bad from not being fearless in melee. Also remeber your infiltrators have a 6++ inv save, and their FnP while playing. If you are running 2x breachers i would think about running holy requisition formation. Else just equip them as grav destroyers
