The idea is that the HQ joins the wraiths. The 2 warr units with ark rush toward objectives and the 15 man squad stays back to the closest objective. Tomb blade and destroyers are there to support the other units and to adapt trough the game.

Drop the Beamers on the 2 wraiths. Just 2 of them is a waste of points. Same with the Mindshackle scarabs on the Destroyer Lord since they're not very useful (take a Ressurection Orb instead, since that gives you the option to put him in with the big Destroyer unit or the warriors to help them survive shooting on a critical turn).

I'd also consider giving the Tomb Blades particle beamers instead of gauss blasters. You have plenty of gauss from your troop choices, and the nebuloscope beamers will let you clear hordes, and cover save reliant models, much more easily.

Looks quite good.
My Tomb Blades have particle beamers. That's awesome vs. hordes.

Mindshackle Scarabs - Causing Fear is not an issue for many armies. If you fight mostly Imperial armies, it will never trigger. The Voidreaper + PE will give you enough re-rolls to make up for your WS4.

Phylactery - Necron HQs tend to never take enough damage for this to be worth it. You will either take no damage at all, way too much damage or get removed via another effect or rule. This item is really only useful on a CCB Lord to repair both the CCB and the overlord riding on it.

Dropping that wargear and swapping the T-Beamers to Whips will give you plenty of points to upgrade the Tomb Blades to particle beamers and add two Warriors.

tnx for the feedback draco. will take your advice in notice. also whats best 1 big unit off tomb blade 6x or 2 units of 3.
i guess 2 times 3 since that way you have can cover more map and shoot 2 targets instead off 1

I'd like to chime in and also comment on the Beamers. They are Heavy weapons and Wraiths are not relentless since they are not part of a Canoptek Harvest and, thus, will probably never use them.

I also agree with dropping MSS and Phylactery, it just makes sense, they're not very good wargear options.

I would suggest, for the same cost, if you want:
2+ save/ 4++/Warscythe
and put him with the wraiths. Try to keep him at the front so he tanks any volume of fire with AP>=3 and the wraiths "look out sir" for Ap2 shots. It's great to keep your wraiths alive longer, since they miss the RP from the Decurion/Canoptek Harvest rules.

Otherwise, the Voidreaper +phase shifter is also a legit option for less points. Makes your lord way more dangerous.

Besides that, 6 destroyers in a single unit are 1) easier to deal with thanks to cover saves/LoS blocking and focusing fire on a single unit. 2) it's overkill

You're wanting to kill MSU marines and scatbikes mostly. 6 Destroyers are probably going to waste a lot of shots shooting stuff that's already dead.

For the tomb blades, I'd also argue the same, however they're cheaper and benefit from Jink saves and your FA slots are crowded so, it's kinda better. However, if I was you, I'd drop down the squad sizes for the Tomb Blades and put 2 units. (For that I'd completely drop the Destroyers)

Or drop some points from elsewhere, like the warriors or tomb blades and include a full Destroyer Cult. You already have 6 Destroyers and 1 Destroyer lord in the list. If you include 3 more destroyers, you free your fast attack slots and you also earn an AMAZINGLY good rule ("extermination protocols" for your destroyers.

Other than that, it's a solid list.
