Does the Castellans of the Imperium allow the use of forgeworld models? Vendettas, etc.

Castellans of the Imperium tells you which units may be included and in which reference material (codex, supplement or otherwise) you will find them. There are no Forgeworld units in the list.

This might get faq'ed by forgeworld in the future, but as long as forgeworld doesn't change anything, you're right
