Nothing in the rules says they cant... But I mean they don't have legs... and barely have arms. Figured I would get your input before rolling my servitors up levels.

Walkers and bikes can climb????
I was under the impression that neither could climb, which is where my original question came from.

There are no rules on climbing and what models can and can't specifically, the brb just mentions that going up levels costs as much movement as it would take to get there (typically 3" to go up a floor, I think). So everything can "climb"

7ed removed the restriction on certain units climbing up ruins. Every unit in the game has been able to move up ruin floors for several years now

Check the terrain section of the faq this is explicitly answered

Q:Can bikes, superheavy walkers, walkers and monstrous creatures move/assault units on the higher floor of ruins.

A:For simplicity and ease of play the core game rules allow most models to climb any peice of scenery. Use the wobbly model rule if it is not possible to place the model in the position it is supposed to occupy.

Yeah, but can they do it without a heavy metal guitar solo playing in the background?

I imagine some Kataphrons have some sort of magnetic assist devices on their tracks that allow them to climb walls. Or, like others have suggested, a booster-like device to hop up levels.

Additionally, the old concept of "levels" in ruins is also gone. Moving up to a higher part of a ruin model is no different from moving up a hill.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
