I'm making a 30K Blood Angels army and want my Rhinos to have pintle mounted assault cannons and my Venator to have assault cannon sponsons.

Looking for suggesting on how to do this with GW/FW parts? Puppets of War (https://puppetswar.eu/product.php?id_product=472) have a gatling cannon that could be mounted as either but I'm going to be playing at Warhammer World and you can't use third party models for weapons.

Could you use assault cannon razorback turret? Albeit it's twin linked but maybe you could use that to do 2 of those?

I thought of that, but I'll be using the Deimos Rhinos from Forge World and they aren't compatible I don't think.

No one at whw is going to notice, they don't police the tables that tightly, especially if it's just an add on part.

Can't paste/copy links from my kindle, but check out my blood angels subgallery and you'll see how I made mine. Basically, the twin grips mated to the storm bolted body from the armored container set and the barrel from the storm raven kit

Going to be expensive getting all those gat guns. Need to run a Contemp with 2 x CCW + gal upgrades on the for arms.

Rather than the "full" gatling guns... just buy the barrels and replace all the barrels of the heavy bolters that come standard with everything.

Looks like I've got a decision to make, loads of different ways to get it done.

My advice, if you're ordering FW models, is to just grab some Rotor Cannons. Alternatively, any terminator-sized assault cannon should be the perfect dimension for a rhino (saw the arm off and flip it).

Another good source for assault cannons... every person who has built a Storm Eagle or Fire Raptor will have left over assault cannons that should be easy to sponson or pintle mount.
